As a therapist with over 15 years experience, I’ve worked with hundreds of people in community health centres, schools, mental health and addiction clinics. I am trained in several evidence-based therapeutic models that I integrate to best meet the needs of my clients.
Whoever you are and wherever life has taken you, I believe that you’ve done the best you can to try and live a meaningful life. And sometimes you may still feel stuck, lost, and need someone to help you find your way back to being the person you hope to be. Starting therapy can be intimidating.
